IKIGAI:
One’s reason for getting up in the morning. Living with purpose.
IKIGAI is a Japanese word with no direct English translation.
At its essence, IKIGAI is the reason one gets up in the morning —it is a desire to experience a fulfilled and purposeful life. According to IKIGAI, this kind of life is achieved when we function at the intersection of passion, mission, profession, and vocation.
Our management company proudly bears the word IKIGAI on its title because we believe that when both artists and representatives function from this place of harmony, it allows us to better pursue truly meaningful work that shifts perspectives, ignites dialogue, and becomes a catalyst for change.
